If you can't get at least 2 out of those 3, just quit. Don't worry about how it would look on your resume. If you know your stuff there will always be places who will accept 'toxic work environment' as a reasonable explanation for quitting a job. In fact, if you are going to use that excuse, it is better that you quit now rather than a year from now to avoid answering the question 'if it was so bad, why did you stick around for over a year? '
