I sold my software business with FE International earlier this year and hit about 3x yearly earnings for a 1.5 year old company. Comparing it against the rest of the market, particularly Flippa and Empire Flippers I felt that it was a good deal. Plus you get great guys like Thomas to handle everything for you.
