Not too impressed by being told Chrome isn't good enough for your site!
- torrenegra 17y agoI guess you used Chrome for Mac, right? Chrome for Windows is working fine. Maybe Chrome for Mac, too, but we haven't completed QA there yet. We will complete it soon, though.
- steveklabnik 17y agoChrome for Linux gave me the same warning.
- Lewisham 17y agoYes, Chrome on Mac.
- froggy 17y agoI get the warning with Chrome 4.0.249.64 on Windows.
- DanHulton 17y agoOr Opera, for that matter. (Edit: On a Mac, if that matters.)
- torrenegra 17y agoBy the way. The warning is triggered only if the browser you are using hasn't been fully checked with our site by our QA team; however, it may just work fine for you given that we tried to stick to many standards that most browser use (plus IE own "standards", of course).
- blasdel 17y agoIt looks like you're whitelisting User-Agent strings, which is a ridiculously stupid idea. You should only ever blacklist substrings in response to known issues, and regularly test that your assumptions still hold.
- conorgil145 17y agoJust so that you know Chrome on Ubuntu also triggered the warning notice
- _Lemon_ 17y agoI got a warning and I'm on FF 3.0.6 the catch: it's called Iceweasel and on Debian. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.0.15) Gecko/2009102814 Iceweasel/3.0.6 (Debian-3.0.6-3)
- Concours 17y agoHaving the same here with Chrome on Vista
