  Yes, it will. And vouching contributes in the opposite direction, so please don't vouch for bad comments.

    Thanks. I've actually gone back through my history and tried to find and correct all the one's I had in error vouched rather than flagged...

      Your account had actually lost vouching rights because of those, which I'll take as a data point that something is functioning correctly. It's all fixed now though.
