Even more broadly, what do you want out of life? Are you just going to work every day because that's what people do, or do you have a goal? Your life's purpose is yours to define, and you need to figure out whether employment (with this company, in this team, in this industry, etc.) is moving you toward your goal(s). If not, change. The OP didn't really describe any goals, and it's impossible to make sensible decisions without a reasonably clear idea of the desired end state. "I want to get better somehow" isn't a goal, so the various options can't be evaluated against it.
