- scotty79 11y agoSorry. Maybe it was in poor taste to bring it up. I guess my point is that something being "out of court settlement" doesn't mean you have as much choice as it looks to somebody not in that position.
- albedoa 11y agoI think the reason for the downvotes is, whether intentional or not, you are conflating civil settlements with criminal plea bargains. There is plenty of room to be complacent with one while being staunchly against the other.
