I don't necessarily use TDD all the time, but I think it provides significant value. A key one is to help guide developers break down complexity. This is quite apparent especially when I conduct pair programming interviews. Developers who were exposed to TDD (or to projects with significant test code) approach the problem in a far more structured manner, and their code is much more pleasant to look at :)
