Having done this, I'd say this is a not a good idea if they are bootstrapping. They are better off learning SEO themselves than dropping a few thousand dollars

Having done this, I'd say this is a not a good idea if they are bootstrapping. They are better off learning SEO themselves than dropping a few thousand dollars on a service that cannot guarantee results.
