Yet they still kill.
In fact if most of the isis fighters do co e from the west, that goes for most of them too.
So imho this explanations doesn't work.

- iofj 11y agoWell if that's true then it's basically eternal war. If perceived/reported "injustices" 10000km away in a language they don't understand cause these guys to massacre civilians ... there's nothing to do but use military force against them. Merely stopping a policy won't do anything to prevent more revenge.
