Do stronger muscles result in increased blood flow?
- Namrog84 11y agoI could be wrong but I thought I read. Increased exercise increases capillary size and in some cases can form new ones? In which relates the more you exercise. Stonger your muscles. The more blood flow there is.
- omginternets 11y agoI believe so, but take that with a grain of salt. As I remember, the leg muscles play a role in forcing blood back up towards the heart.
