Blame management is super important! Faking passion is what the grad in the article needs to work on apparently. I don't think unis are equipped to teach everything. The article says that internships are where grads can get workplace experience but I've never handed real problems to any interns. Who would? Important stuff needs actual employees. Frankly they'd learn more by watching me do my thing than solving their little intern assignments.
