- snotrockets 11y agoIANAL, but you can apply for a transfer without the original employer knowledge, and once that transfer is approved, then the previous employer can do nothing about that.
- baby 11y agoFrom everything I read, your current employer HAS to accept the transfer. Makes it way more trickier than what the blog makes it look like.
