I hope finally we have someone who can challenge the unconstitutional behavior of our government. Our idiotic judicial rules always seem to rule in favor of the government and the prosecution when it comes to FISA. Maybe it will finally be stopped. Or not, the supremes aren't always consistent in their "interpretation" of the obvious.
- mulmen 11y agoPlease remember that it falls to us, the voters and citizens to enact the laws that we see fit. The judicial branch only interprets the law, we still have the ability to change it if we disagree. Apathy is the enemy of democracy.
