Israel seems to have achieved quite a lot of success with collective punishment. Why not the U.S.?
- mikeash 11y agoIsrael is in a state of constant tension and war. If that's what "success" looks like, then let's fail.
- theworstshill 11y agoRelative successes to stabilize itself, yes - but its in a constant state of war. There is already no faith in the justice system there so it won't get any worse. However, even that hardly justifies demolishing the houses of families of terrorists.
