I read half of this article before I realized the author was talking exclusively about Javascript frameworks (when I saw the diagram with the frameworks he tested). There are more frameworks in the world than Javascript frameworks, if you are only going to discuss a subset of them you should make this clear in the headline/introduction. A heading such as "The Cost of Javascript Frameworks" would be appropriate.
