I did something like this with http://nightchamber.com http://nightchamber.com, where your 'login' is just a unique URL. It's a fun idea, but it only works when the stakes are low (which they are for nightchamber, it's not like there's anything useful in the account anyway). I sure as hell wouldn't want paypal or amazon using that kind of scheme though.
