  Let's put some actual numbers to this. Using IraqBodyCount.org's estimate, Iraqis suffered 1.86 micromorts per day from March 2003 to present. Compare to 2.18 μmorts/day during the Iran-Iraq War or 29,090 μmorts inflicted on Halabja residents in one day in 1988.
