Three hundred years ago, people literally sold themselves into temporary slavery and sailed across an ocean because of advertisements that a different place would be nicer to live. I don't think the power of advertising has changed much.

- punee 11y agoYes, and people left Syria to go to Europe because of advertisements too. Damn advertisers. They were behind it all along. Preposterous.
