While it may be technically true that "Perl 6.0 released!" is an accurate headline if you define "Perl 6.0" as "the test suite for the 6.0 language version", I suspect that almost everyone reading that headline will expect to see a stable language implementation. Given the reception to the past year's worth of discussion around "Get ready to party", it seems irresponsible to me to continue with these semantic distinctions, as they're lost on the intended audience.
