Cancer is not the sole property of people who smoke. There is cancer induced by acute radiation, sunburn, diet, and so on. The reason for cancer is all things that cause abnormal cell growth, not smoking. Ergo, talking about how we can make smoking safer, or convincing people that smoking isn't so great in the first place - is worthless. Right?
