It doesn't, no idea where the OP got that idea from. 'Fakecutables' bundling interpreter and bytecode might arrive in the future, though.

- cygx 11y agoThat refers to precompilation to MoarVM bytecode. You can do that manually right now, but eventually, a precompilation cache will be managed by Rakudo.
