- humanrebar 11y agoThe problem was when someone budgeted for new code but didn't budget for this sort of maintenance. If there wasn't enough money for that, then the problem was the business plan. Yeah, easy to say in hindsight, but we won't figure out how to budget better or call out bad business plans if we don't start recognizing it when it happens.
