And between them, we have colleges that offer students educational groundwork in computer science but don't want to transform into coding trade schools." I would also like to add: We have employers who want highly skilled full-stack developers with 5 to 10 yrs experience but don't want to pay top dollar for them. Instead they scream about a tech talent shortage in order to push the expansion of H1-B to get cheaper labor.
