  Don't change a thing. The format is good, delivery great and content excellent. Look into producing an ebook of sorts of the interviews. Better writing than just transcripts.

  I agree - I like the current format I just don't see how using 'kid' is demeaning or insulting, but maybe that's me The titles are interesting enough for me to click
