I think I've only ever once seen a CV with an IQ on it. I remember at the time we laughed and thought, "How weird!", but the rest of the CV was a bit "off" too

I think I've only ever once seen a CV with an IQ on it. I remember at the time we laughed and thought, "How weird!", but the rest of the CV was a bit "off" too, so it went straight into the reject pile.
I can't really imagine how someone's IQ would otherwise come up during a recruitment process.
- pmelendez 11y agoSome companies uses IQ's estimation tests on their hiring process. I have taken a Raven's progressive matrices test once when applying for a C++ development job, so there are people who takes that seriously.
