- olalonde 11y agoAssuming you are proposing this as a technical/legal solution, I can't imagine how this would be possible to enforce.
- RandomBK 11y agoThat's not that different from how it is right now. You never really "buy" a domain from someone, you just give them money to convince them to release the domain
