- GalacticDomin8r 11y agoThat known as the "tyranny of the majority" and yes it's one of those warts no one likes to credit democracy with.
- rayiner 11y agoThose are the exceptions that prove the rule. Only when it implicates a fundamental right will the majority be precluded from banning things they dislike.
