But that's not how markets work. If a mechanic has rare skill to fixing a rare machine. Than that guy is worth a lot. People have to accept that. Instead people make their mind he's worth 60k, and refuse to pay above. Then claim theirs a skills shortage. That's not how markets and prices work. There's no predetermined price in occupations.
