In your case, if confronted with a cc form to start a trial, what do you do? Do you need near 100% probability to continue?
It's a timely subject for me. We're preparing to test this at Cronitor and we'll write a blog post with our findings.
- PaulHoule 11y agoIf I really want or need it and the pricing seems fair in terms of value I will put in the credit card number. If I am going to spend an hour of my time to evaluate your product I can spend for the equivalent of an hour of time to do the trial, more or less.
