- mannykannot 11y agoHaving one of the parties to the dispute being the primary and continuing source of income for the decision-maker does seem likely to improve those two measures of the process.
- deciplex 11y agoThe courts often suck, but the answer ought to be to fix the damn courts, rather than the default knee-jerk answer of American politics: "let the market decide".
