Simply not needed as much anymore. Minimum wage loses it's ethical argument with UBI. Job security is lot less needed because your safety net actually works. Unions would surely still exist. But they should not be able to hold as much power as currently. Which is exactly what I want. I'm not against unions, I'm against unions having a choke hold of my country.
