I share your capitalist/marxist attitude. Workers really should buy their share of the means of production. It would improve current situation by distributing profits. And it would drive down down profits of capital investment, because there is more money in the market. This doesn't completely solve the problem of wealth accumulation. I think inflation, inheritance tax and regulation against monopolies are still needed instruments.
