- smt88 11y agoI promise you that "experienced" is more important than "smart". I hope everything works out for you long-term. It seems like the prosecutor is working with you to keep the charges to a minimum, and that's something to be grateful for. Whether or not we have a good legal system, you've certainly given it an excuse to come down on you like a ton of bricks.
