- corin_ 11y agoNP. I guess overdose being the biggest risk is subjective - if a substance gets you addicted but never kills you then personally I'd consider that less bad than a substance that doesn't get you addicted but could kill you - so I'd rather use pure heroin than, for example, cocaine or un-pure heroin. Not that I plan on trying regardless, myself.
