A bit stressful to read but amazing. I can't imagine having to endure surgeries where there is a relatively large risk that you won't wake up. If you do wake up there can be malfunctions in the device that can flip you off like a light switch. One patient remarked "I have never felt so good" then a short time later died due to a motor malfunction.
