Our poor and even our middle class struggle to get medical care due to the insane costs. Poor people in Europe don't have that problem. Poor people in Latin America don't have that problem. It doesn't sound like our poor are rich enough. American exceptionalism is a cult which needs to be liquidated... there is nothing special about despotic distribution of resources.
