All employees receive that same contribution makes you upset? My company contributes the same to everyone (0%). I don't have a pension either. Please get up in arms for me. Stupid startups and their fiscally responsible benefits! The company was doing badly. No new pensions. The company stays alive under new ownership, after cutting fat. This is probably bad business but the good business math would have been to let them fold. Take your pick.
