  According to Marx, everything of value is produced by human. Some humans (like engineers and programmers) can just produce more valuable stuff than others. If we believe Marx and that jobs are going to disappear, that requires either rich people not using money or money disappearing from the system. Currently inflation encourages rich people to use money in some way or another. And we have no reason to expect deflation. Where is money going to disappear?
