Ask HN: Know of any good books on (computer) networking?

While it doesn't have anything to do with what I'm working on right now, I've recently been interested in learning more about networking. Specifically, what is involved in creating/installing/maintaining network backbone infrastructures (optical fiber, SONET, ATM, MPLS, VPLS, T1/T3, etc.) So, does anyone know of a good book (or books) that I can read? Or even a detailed website will suffice!
