We were getting the haze here in Saigon, Vietnam. Seems better this week though, but before that it was the worst I've seen it in five years living here. I was definitely cleaning out more black stuff from nose than normal. I do think Indonesia will have to answer to ASEAN at some point, because this year it seemed so much worse than normal and affected the entire region. I can't see the current Vietnamese government letting it slide.
