Call me a cynic, but is it not in the best interests of Sam to tell us everything is alright? Obviously any kind of tech bubble would affect Y Combinator and some of the startups they have invested in. When was the last time a bank was honest with customers and told them that things were bad? Bad news causes panic and panic makes things worse.
