This design will not easily accomodate slightly larger displays such as tablets very well. I agree. I haven't used anything but this on mobile since the day I found it. The comments links are much easier touch targets, and built in back and forth navigation. 10x easier to read. (Not that I don't appreciate the work the HN guys are doing!)
