Surely you can mitigate that by using encryption at every phase of your operation? That would be a good idea even if the US government were trustworthy. It's also a good idea if you're running everything on-site; if someone were to gain access to your systems, they get nothing.
- mschuster91 11y agoIf you're using stuff like the IoT Hub by MS, you can't use encryption other than HTTPS, and even if you could, deploying a secure encryption solution to IoT devices is a nightmare.
