Though one should always include the caveat that HD streams aren't going to look as good as a high-bitrate copy like a Blu-Ray, usually at any rate. It's gotten better, and you can still enjoy the movie of course but people who really care about stuff like film grain and color fidelity (and Criterion's clientele is often this type of person) should seek out a non-streaming version.
