It probably means its a good idea. Nobody ever gets total market and at the beginning you both have essentially zero market share. So compete hard for the clients they don't get. Or rope in people who've never heard of them. Just b/c they have nice uniforms and helmets doesn't mean they've scored lots of touchdowns.
