I take objection to your wording. Your stance on this is accusatory, as if it is only one party that has switched sides on the issue of filibustering - it isn't. The party that currently is in the majority will always oppose filibustering, and the minority part will utilize it. This isn't really a partisan issue, per se. More an issue with the system currently in place.
