I recently bought a new car and I bought it just like my last one. I contacted the fleet managers at nearby dealers and asked for a price for the model and options I wanted. Then I just accepted the best offer that didn't require too much travel. Oh, this time I tried Truecar first, but the fleet manager price was lower.
