Normally I'm not one to praise Apple, but I feel a 3 day turnaround on a process that necessitates opening the entire laptop is amazing: most other vendors would take several weeks.
- EvanAnderson 11y agoI've witnessed many replacements of screens, motherboards, and CPUs on Dell laptops performed next-business day, on-site. It's all about how much you spend on the warranty.
- goatforce5 11y agoAgreed, and I was going to make the same point. Apple having service centres (ie, the back of their retail stores) scattered in convenient locations in large cities all over the world, where many repairs can be performed while you wait or the same day, really is a treat. Which other brands are offering a similar level of service?
