Ask HN: Who Beat Cervical Disk Degeneration?

So, I just got diagnosed with 4 disks pinching my spinal column. My neck vertebrae is completely lost it's curve. Not surprising since i've been computerizing since i was 12. I'm 40 now, and need to 're-align'. It's already producing pain, numbness in 1 finger, and weakness in the arm. I have a feeling that MANY of you hear suffer from the same thing.
