Yeah, there's a word wrap selection setting in win10. For window size that's been easy to fix since forever. Just click the upper left corner icon and select either properties or defaults. Properties changes the settings for the shortcut if it was launched from one, defaults changes the settings for all cmd windows. In addition to window size and selection mode you can change the font and colors and whatnot.
